This Privacy Policy describes how and when Favora, Inc. ("Favora", "us", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information ("information") of our users ("you" or "User(s)") when you use the services on our website and our mobile app (the "Site"). Favora receives your information through our website and our mobile app (the "Services" or "Favora"). You also may access linked pages, blogs, features, reviews and other content (collectively the "Content"). When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy covers the handling of personal data that Favora gathers when you access the Services and/or use the Content. We explain what information we gather, why we gather it and the choices you have regarding your personal information.

We collect information that is anonymous and not identifiable with you ("Non-Personal Information"). In this case, we don't know the identity of the User from whom we have collected Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information that is collected is made up of technical information and also behavioral information, that may include such things as the browser being used, the operating system of the device, the length of time the User was on the Site, user activity on the Site, etc.
We also collect information that is identifiable with Users ("Personal Information" or "PII"). This information may identify a particular individual or it may be of a private or sensitive nature. Certain information from you is necessary in order for the Site to operate properly. Your login credentials (such as your username and email) allow us to personalise the Site for your use and to improve your experience on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that when you provide Personal Information to us that you do so voluntarily. You also acknowledge and agree that we may maintain such Personal Information in a database(s) which will be kept in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We keep personal information no longer than is legally permissible and we delete Personal Information when it is no longer needed as provided in this Policy.
When you register on the Site we collect Personal Information from you. This Personal Information may include your name, username, shipping and billing address, home address, email address, IP address, browser information, and other information you provide to us in order for us to provide the Services to you. This may include the usernames and passwords that you use on the accounts and profiles that you maintain on third-party sites that our Site interacts with. Details of transactions you conduct through our Services are also collected by us. This can include information regarding the fulfilment of your orders. We may also keep records of contacts and communications that you have with us. You may decide not to provide to us certain information but then your ability to fully interact with our Services and take advantage of the features we offer may be limited.
Our Services automatically collect information about User's use of the Site. This includes frequency of visits and number of visitors using our Services. We only use this data in aggregate form, to measure statistics, and not in any way that would identify you personally. Aggregate data enables us to determine how Users use aspects of the Services or Content in order for us to improve our services, and also to improve the Content. We may share aggregate or anonymised information with third parties such as our brand partners. We share this type of data so that they also understand how Users use the Content, so that they can improve your experience with their brands and services.
Favora also receives and stores certain types of information when Users interact with the Site or use our Services. When you are using the Site we may collect, record and store information arising from such use, either through Favora or we may collect information from social media sites if you have selected the appropriate permissions on those sites. Such information may include such things as what brands our Users shop, and what influencers Users follow. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser. This includes cookie information (see Use of Cookies below) as well as your IP address.
Communications You may receive from us "sale alerts" and other updates and marketing emails that describe new products and events that may be of interest to you, depending on the settings in your notification settings. You may opt out from receiving promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in the link we include in these emails. Please note that you cannot opt-out of email communications regarding transactions you conduct on our Site.
We receive information about your mobile phone or device and your location when you use our app (or when you first download it). We also receive information when you have consented to location services, Your device has a unique identifier which may be provided to us. We may use all of this information to give you more personalised content and to provide location-based services. Most mobile phones and devices give you the ability to turn off location services. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. We work with brand partners ("Brand Partners") so that we can offer you a variety of choices of products through the Services. We promote and sell the products offered by our Brand Partners through the Services. When you buy a product, you do so through the Brand Partner. We share with the Brand Partners Users' personal content and information in aggregated and anonymised form regarding Users' shopping habits and preferences so that they and we can enhance your experience when using the Site and interacting with their products.
The Brand Partners whose products you view on our Site will use and share your personal data in accordance with their privacy policies, and they are solely responsible for their use and sharing of your personal data. Please review these policies.
Favora may use analytics and other third party data collection and analysis services that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Site. If you want to update or opt out of amplitude.com and other similar preferences, you may do so by using such tools as amplitude or such third party site may make available. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services.
Favora may employ other third parties to assist us in connection with our Services and we may need to share User information with them to do so. Favora gives its agents the right to use personal data from Users only in order to assist us in serving you through Favora and for no other purpose.
User profile information including your username and other information that you enter ("User Information") may be displayed to other Users to facilitate User interaction with the Services. Personal content and information that is visible to other Users as well as personal content and information that you voluntarily disclose on public areas of the Site can be viewed, collected and used by others. Such content that you submit to the Site may then be viewed by members of the public.
As part of your use of the Services, you will receive email and other communications from us relating to feedback we receive from you. You acknowledge and agree by submitting User feedback that Favora may send you emails and other communications that relate to your feedback. We also may need to send you certain service announcements and administrative messages. All of these types of communications are considered part of your Favora account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.
Favora may choose to buy or sell businesses or assets. In these types of transactions, User information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Also, if Favora's business (or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Favora goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, User information would be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Favora may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Policy.

Favora stores all of our information, including your IP address information, using industry-standard techniques. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and we do not guarantee that such techniques will prevent unauthorised access to Personal Information or other information about Users that we store.
The Site may link to other sites. Please know that these other sites have their own privacy policies and/or practices. You should review and understand the privacy policies and practices posted on those sites. This Policy only governs information collected while using our Services.
Favora maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have shared with us. Also, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners' to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal data.

If you decide to delete your account, you may do so by emailing us at legal@favoraa.com. If you delete your account, any association between your account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your account. But, any public activity on your account before it was deleted will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
When you register for an account on our Site, you consent to receive certain communications from us. If you do not want to receive these communications, you may opt out using the mechanisms we provide you within the User Settings portion of the application (see the Communications section above).
We do not intentionally gather personal information from Users who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits personal information to Favora and we learn that the personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Favora reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. If we make substantial changes in the way we use your personal data, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site or sending you an email.
