Office Stylist
Favora is a fashion technology company, but most of our days still look like people building a startup in an office. We want to change that. We want fashion to be a more present part of how we work, how we show up and how we understand the industry we are in.
We are looking for an exceptional stylist to work with the people in our Stockholm office. The goal is simple: help us dress with more intention and bring a professional fashion perspective closer to the team.
We do not know the right setup yet. It might be recurring styling, focused wardrobe work, event preparation or a mix. We care more about finding the right person than fitting someone into a brief we invented without them.
What the work could include
- Getting to know the people on our team, their tastes, routines and existing wardrobes.
- Helping with everyday wardrobes: what to keep, what is missing and how to make getting dressed easier without making everyone look the same.
- Styling individuals or the wider team for launches, dinners, shoots and other events.
- Sourcing pieces, planning fittings and recommending purchases where useful.
- Proposing the rhythm that would create the most value, whether that is office hours, seasonal sessions, a retainer, individual projects or something else.
This is a starting point, not a checklist. We want your point of view on what we actually need.
Who we hope to meet
- A stylist with a strong point of view and excellent knowledge of fashion.
- Someone experienced in dressing real people, listening well and working across different tastes, bodies and budgets.
- Someone thoughtful and discreet. Personal style can feel personal, and trust matters here.
- Someone able to work with us in person in Stockholm, even if some planning happens remotely.
- Someone confident enough to tell us what a good engagement looks like, including what not to do.
Your experience could come from personal, editorial, commercial or celebrity styling. We are open to different backgrounds. No specific degree or minimum number of years is required; the quality of your work and judgment matter most.
The open brief
This is a paid contract. We have deliberately not fixed the cadence, scope or budget before speaking to people who know this work. We are open to a project fee, day rate, retainer or another model that makes sense.
